Our story
Evoke Health is the brainchild of two engineers, Varsha Chaugai and Graham Fraser, founded on a simple yet powerful belief: that healthcare should be accessible, transparent, and empowering for patients, families, and care teams alike.
Engage+ , Evoke Health's flagship resident and family portal has been developed to bring this vision to life. We believe that providing families with access to their loved ones’ health and wellness data along with an easy way to communicate with healthcare professionals in Long-Term Care homes will facilitate better decision making and improve resident health outcomes.
This journey wasn't easy—rejections were frequent due to skepticism about whether a family portal could truly enhance the experience for staff, residents, and families. Today, Engage⁺ is redefining care, saving over 600+ nursing hours and ensuring families stay informed and LTC homes stay compliant.
