CCurrently, we have a robust 2-way integration with PointClickCare, but our team loves a challenge. We are open to working with any EHR.

How much does Evoke Health cost?

We charged a monthly subscription fee to long-term care homes based on features and size of the home. Engage+ is free to residents, their families, and staff for the long-term care homes that have subscribed to our service.

Who has access to the family portal?

Long-Term Care homes under a contractual agreement with Evoke Health to use the Engage+ family portal will electronically receive access to residents, their families (Substitute Decision Makers), and staff.

How does the family portal receive its information?

Information within the family portal is pulled directly from Electronic Health Record System (such as PointClickCare) and can be supplemented with self-uploaded information.

Is this family portal safe and secure?

What if I forget my username and password?

Click the “forgot password?” link on the log in page to reset your password.

How do I change my notification settings?

In the portal, you will see your name at the top right. Click on it, and you will see Settings. From there, you can adjust what notifications you receive from the community. If you plan on stopping all notifications, you should make sure to log in regularly to avoid missing any important updates.

Why can't I view the information in my email?

Due to privacy and security concerns, you will need to go into the Evoke Health portal to see messages. Email isn't a secure place to share health updates and is a violation of HIPAA and PHIPA
